First and last time shopping HSN. I bought a Worx cordless screwdriver that has no charger! Website says free returns, so I was very surprised to see that the return label they enclosed with the item says you have to pay return shipping. I called HSN about this, and when I finally reached a person, I was told they would waive the return shipping fee "this one time" since it was "their mistake." We'll see if they refund me and waive the shipping, but I wouldn't buy anything from HSN again.
HSN when I paid my order off they debit my bank account mutiple times and take too much from my account. Do not ever pay it off at one time.

Ordered LED strip light sets of 4. Only returns or on air merchandise left and they offered it almost half price so I ordered two sets. I thought I was safe because the disclaimer stated they check all merchandise and it is in good working condition. HOGWASH. I received two crushed boxes. One set was in good shape but the second set was just thrown in the box. Wires,remote, light strips and sticky tape all bouncing around after someone returned it. The light strips were all sticky from the tape that was never removed by QVC upon return inspection.A few pieces of mounting strips and metal holders were missing and one of the lights did not work. Horrific Quality Control. Yes I was not expecting perfection since it was advertised as a return but I thought there would be SOME sort of quality control,Shame on me. This was my first purchase from HSN and it will be my last. Goodbye forever.
I had moved since my last order, and I couldn't change the address online. I called and changed the address and placed the order for a $184 item. They sent it to my old address and now it will take several days to process a refund. Totally disappointed in such incompetence. Find somewhere else to shop!

Unfortunately, there appears to be a disconcerting pattern of problematic transactions and substandard customer service with this company. Sadly, like numerous other consumers, I was also a victim of unprofessional and potentially unlawful business practices including unacceptable and unsatisfactory customer service. Fortunately, HSN violations can be reported to the Federal Trade Commission who will enforce penalties for confirmed merchant violations perpetrated against consumers. Additionally, consumers can initiate with their credit card company a dispute claim / chargeback for a problematic transaction. Shame on HSA corporate and Qurate Retail Group (their parent company) for failing to ensure consumers are recipients of quality and lawful customer service!
I watch an HP 770-663 item being presented to the consumer.
First, I just bought this computer and I am happy with my purchase. Thank goodness I did not purchase it from HSN.com. They are selling this item at a sale price of $729 normally $799 claiming this is the lowest price anywhere,
I paid $423 at a local popular store. What a difference!
This is one item, how many more are being sold with the same bull?.
Unfortunately HSN does not sell quality that is why I don't like the shopping network.
Watching them push Cheap Junk constantly is sad.
QVC does both less expensive poorly designed and less desirable merchandise and quality BUT primarily has a lot of quality products especially high quality designers in particular is Susan Graver who only sells on QVC; unfortunately. But there are so many other designers besides Susan Graver that also sell on QVC and they also have a lot of designers that are not that great.
Walmart has better quality clothing then HSN. HSN is more like an overpriced dollar store when it comes to fashion. Cheap & Cheaper.
I think it is such a fun challenge for these hosts who are paid a lot of money to push Cheap and Junk on the home shopping network. They don't live a cheap life style they all live in huge mansions unless it is a conscious choice not to live in a mansion but they can all afford it because they are all paid a great deal of money to sell on TV. Most of the ones who have been on the show for sometime are multi millionaires. So they live their best high quality life for pushing and selling cheap merchandise to people who don't know better and trust these clowns when making purchases from HSN.
Was looking forward to Beekman's newest pear scent product and bought the special that was guaranteed for delivery by Mother's Day. It arrived 2 days after and although the packaging and deal was excellent, there is NO pear scent. Light floral- but nominal and NOTHING about it is pear. Also got the lavender body cream- that has a wonderful scent...what happened on one that was supposed to contain pear??????
Purchased an air purifier for the car that only works when car is on. Was never disclosed at time of purchase. Gave it a try and finally sent back and was told I waited too long. I will NEVER shop there again.
Models showing shoes twist and turn with heel up in the air which kills the overall look of the shoe. You are not going to walk like that or stand in line at a store with your heel up in the air. Why does your people who show linens rub rub rub the products? Buyers can't feel the items so seeing it done is stupid and kind of turns me off even to the point of changing channels. Why do you consuntrate so hard on colors, which is unimportant, rather than quality of a product? For instance, laptop sales. You will tell the colors over and over but never mention brand of SSD or hard drive, I bout a higher end laptop that had hard drive failure three months in and when checked there was a $49 dollar Samsung HD but manufacture ask $149.95 for a replacement. So I was stuck with a $900 useless laptop.
Customer service person needs retraining. Condescending, loud and disinterested in helping.
I was a loyal shopper with HSN for many years. After seeing an email from a Collection Agency, I called HSN and they said that yes, they referred my account to collections. It had been 7 days since the payment was due, my card was current and correct (same card from month before - nothing changed) and they made NO attempt to contact me with any issue! The CSR kept apologizing to me and said all she could do was refer me to the collection agency! That is NO way to treat a now former customer! Ironically, I had gotten an email from HSN - trying to sell me stuff! Unreal.
